Revision rules

  1. 01

    A correction must name a public record and the specific claim being challenged.

  2. 02

    A revision changes only what stronger evidence supports; nearby claims do not inherit that support.

  3. 03

    Changing a date never changes the stable event route, and reducing precision is a valid correction.

  4. 04

    A disputed or unsupported claim is removed from factual narrative rather than left in place with softer wording.
