What makes a message usable
Send links and provenance notes. Do not email executables, credentials, private coordinates, or personal data.
- 01
Name the record
Include the event URL and, when possible, the claim ID such as clm-update-1-19-announced.
- 02
Link the original source
Prefer the creator, publisher, or dated artifact URL. A retelling can be useful, but it is not silently upgraded into contemporary evidence.
- 03
State what it supports
Quote or paraphrase the narrow statement the source can establish and name any date uncertainty or contradiction you see.
- 04
Keep sensitive material out
Do not redistribute doxxing, credentials, active coordinates, malware, or private communications. Describe the concern without attaching it.
